Digital Media Manager 

  • Duration: 3 month contract to be reviewed and potentially extended
  • Part-time: 20 hours per month
  • Compensation: $40 per hour

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate individual to handle our Graphic Design and Social Media Management.


RESULT STATEMENT: This position is accountable for producing the following result: 10% overall online revenue growth due to online campaign ROI, engagement, increase in repeat purchasing, engagement and exposure.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOYN is looking for a digital media manager who will oversee campaign implementation and execution. In this role as Digital Media Manager, you’ll manage our media and creative assets to drive engagement and growth across all social media platforms, including:

  • Our website assets
  • Pinterest, 
  • Insta, 
  • FB 
  • TikTok

You’re ideal for this role if you have a strong focus on graphic design, customer engagement, and uncovering unique consumer insights and connections. You are eager to make beautiful graphic design assets to enhance our brand experience digitally for our customer - coordinating engaging campaigns that will drive business growth. 


Responsibilities:

Work with our Marketing, Creative and Design Directors to develop, execute and manage digital media campaigns to generate overall 10% revenue growth for JOYN's online channels. 

  • 1 campaign for our direct to consumer customers per week
  • 1 campaign for our wholesale customers every 2 weeks. 
  • The campaigns will include: 1 email, social graphics, and unique web banners, sometimes some print assets
  • Some design work may include illustration needs, taking our block printing and illustrating it. 
  • Create and deliver, social campaigns to increase revenue, awareness, engagement and leads.  
  • Utilize key data and analytics to increase ROI by effectively testing different campaigns and promotions. 
  • Work with marketing to coordinate calendar execution for all social channels to ensure holistic communication of campaigns, offers and promotions
  • Work with Creative director to create impactful graphic design to launch and support all media campaigns

Requirements:

  • 3+ years digital, design and social media experience in consumer retail or other service-related industry
  • BA/BS in Design/Communications strongly preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the overall online customer journey
  • Proficiency with social analytics, data platforms, reporting programs,
  • Agency management experience is a strong plus
  • Strong sense of urgency, result-oriented attitude, strong collaboration and presentation skills, proactive drive and nimbleness to shift gears when needed
  • Great creative and design skills to elevate the brand
