How soon will I receive my order?
We’re so glad you’re excited about your order. We do our best to process all orders for shipment within 72 hours of receiving them—with the exception of weekends and holiday rush times. The arrival date will depend on the ship method selected at checkout.
Duties and Import Taxes
Duties and import taxes may be applied to international orders. JOYN is NOT responsible for these so please note you may have to pay these before your order is released from customs in your county.
Due to the unique nature of our handmade products, each piece is unique and there is a small chance you receive a piece slightly different than you expect or see in the sample pictures. We will gladly exchange any item for the same piece within 30 days of original shipment date if we have the item in stock. If the item is not in stock you will automatically receive in store credit once we receive the exchanged item(s) at our warehouse (shipping information below). Your returned item must be in the original condition.
We accept returns within 30 days of original shipment date. We can refund your order in full or offer you store credit once we receive the exchanged item(s) at our warehouse (shipping information below).
Damaged items may be returned within 30 days of original shipment date in exchange for the same item only. If the item is not in stock you will automatically receive in store credit once we receive the exchanged item(s) at our warehouse (shipping information below). We will include your shipping cost in your store credit refund - for this reason please be sure to include your shipping receipt. Keep in mind, our items are all made by hand, with natural materials. Our leather is 100% genuine, full grain leather and will wear with time. Our cotton is hand spun and hand woven, so there will be minor defects in the fabric.
JOYN does not accept international returns or exchanges at this time.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please contact JOYN our customer service representative by emailing email@example.com with your JOYN order number (found in your order receipt email or your shipping notification email) and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Then send the items to the following address:
